Katie was born and raised in South Florida where she spent most of her life putting on a show for whatever audience she could find. No stranger to the stage it was not a surprise that after high school she moved to Orlando to attended the University of Central Florida and continue her passion for performing. After a few years there, performing with different local acts she decided to move west to try her hand at Hollywood. Her LA journey began working in some big pop music writing camps, writing songs for herself as well as other artists. With her superstar stage presence and classic diva vocal chops its no surprise she was quickly invited to perform at many of the jazz and live music nights all over the city. Katie was the first live performer asked to sing at the prestigious and incredibly exclusive HBO Golden Globes after-party. She hosted a Valentines Day show at the Roxy Hotel in Tribeca NYC during Fashion Week, Oscar Parties in Beverly HIlls, had a monthly year-long residency at Blind Dragon in West Hollywood, and was a regular the W hotel Hollywood Jazz Night. Most recently she helped start up a very chic and exclusive jazz night at Delilah, one of the city's most exclusive restaurants and celebrity hotspots. She is also one of the favorite performers of the Street Food Cinema. on Oct. 14th of this year will be performing at the Taste of South Lake Festival in Pasadena alongside indie bands like Cosmos & Creatures, Parlours, FRENSHIP, and Polica. In 2014, she independantly released her first single "Tanlines" and the H.Wood group threw her a release party at their nightclub Bootsy Bellows. Katie released another single in 2016 called "The Weight Of It All" written for the television pilot of Cruel Intentions, which unfortunately never made it to network. As most Hollywood stories go, Katie had her fair share of ups and downs but has finally finished her first solo EP and Visual Album "Typical Psycho" that she can not wait to share with the world. A story of love and loss but ultimately of hope, and the courage to believe in yourself.
